If judging by my last midnight premiere experience, any wise person would steer clear. I am not wise. Come to find out, I am actually a 14 year old girl. We girls started the night at 6:30pm making our "super fan" shirts. After dinner we hopped into the longest line I've ever seen (for a movie anyway). After being seated for 3+ hours, the feature began. 2 words can sum up the movie (and the book for that matter) VERY CHEESY. Despite the cheesy-ness, I loved it. Or maybe it's just the actor that I love... yes, that's it. (don't worry, our marriage allows celebrity crushes) We had fun and will probably forget how NOT WORTH IT it was by the time the next movie in the series comes out.
Posey, Sara, Ashley, and I have been best friends since elementary. I love these girls, we've been through a lot together. It takes a strong person to put up with us when we're all together, maybe that's why our husbands don't join us very often... We celebrated Sara's birthday last night ,went bowling, and had a blast! Not that I am awesome at bowling, I am really really really bad at bowling eventhough I secretly try my hardest. Happy Birthday Sara!
I love food. There is nothing better than food, except for maybe free food. My sister EmmaLee is someone who appreciates food almost as much as me, so the moment we heard that Joe's was giving out free cheeseburgers she offered to pick me up. We only had to wait in line for 10min, which was well worth the free meal!
This year for Halloween we went all out! I got overly ambitious and made all of our costumes. In doing so, I have come to find out I like to sew! Landon did pretty well for us this season. We got to go trick-or-treating 3 times. Once with the Hammonds at Intel (where Ray works, thanks for the invite guys!), once at the ward trunk-or-treat, and once on Halloween night. Needless to say, Sam and I are greatly enjoying the spoils! We met up with family and some friends at the Hammond's annual Halloween party for some delicious soup, bread bowls, and homemade doughnuts (thanks Em and Karin)! The company and events made for a fantastic evening!
