Sam and I, along with my in-laws and parents, participated in the "Give a day, Get a day" promotion sponsored by Disney. There were many service opportunities to choose from, we chose to make quilts and donate them to a charity who will send them to Haiti. I can't believe how huge the response has been!
1 million people have already signed up and done a service and it's only been going on for 3 months. It always feels good to serve but to be rewarded with a free ticket to Disneyland makes it that much better! Thank you Disney for reminding us that a little help can go a long way.
Here are our group's quilts
Here are just some of the hundreds of quilts that were donated for this promotion.

Nice!! I printed my voucher this morning, yay!!
Sweet! Almost everyone in my family participated with the Give a Day Program. I made blankets for a cat shelter. So fun!
Hi Amy, as Mary said - we did all did it! Reggie and I participated in a flash mob (we danced in a group at the mall and the Bellagio spontaneously). Why this qualifies us for free Disneyland tickets, I don't know, but I am excited!
Also, would you mind if I use some of your pictures from your blog for a model home here in Vegas? That would be great! It's just be pictures of you and Sam as young couples is who we are selling to.
