I noticed there is a nice new "add video" option when creating a post. Now I can share my favorite past time with everyone... Making Videos! I don't have many friends up here and Sam is super busy working full time and going to school full time, but this little hobby occupies my time nicely! I'm sure Sam will be thrilled with this new feature, or just thoroughly embarrassed. Lets just say he is not the biggest fan of my videos and has already banned me from putting our son in any of them. Here is one of my first vids, my sister Buff is the star of most of them, but I'm always looking for fresh talent!

Wedding TaG!

tagged shmagged... It always comes back to haunt you!
1. Where did I meet my husband?
Salt Lake City @ the Gateway Applebees, in the kitchen! I think I was shoving hard boiled eggs thru a french fry basket (that's how they prepare them for salads, totally gross).

2. What was the first thing you said to your husband?
Probably "Who are you?", or "Hi, I'm Amy". I was new and trying to meet everybody.

3. Where was your first date?
I don't think it was a "date" but there were 4 of us, him and I, Ashley and Chong. We went to Chili's then Wal Mart.

4. Where was your first kiss?
Pine Cove apartments, in his room... I know, that's bad.

5. Did you have a long or short engagement?
Really short... We were OFFICIALLY engaged on Oct. 9th and married that December. But we knew we were getting married for a while before he actually proposed.

6. Where did you get engaged?
At a park up on the mountain. It overlooks the whole city, so pretty!

7. Where were you married?
Mesa Temple

8. How did the reception go?
They both were fun! I don't really remember the one in AZ because I was freaking out about my purse that was left at the temple.

9. How was the Honeymoon?
Well, after almost being kicked out of our condo, and sitting thru a timeshare sales pitch from hell, it was AWESOME! We went to Orlando for a week. We hit a different theme park everyday, talk about exhausting!

I tag: Posey, Erica, and Jessica!

St. George

We finally got to take a short vacation. Sam has 1 week off of school before the fall semester starts, so we took advantage of the time and headed to St. George to visit his family. Posey was in SLC visiting me over the week, she and I left Friday for SG. Sam came down later that night after work. She stayed a night there with us so she wouldn't have to drive the whole way back to AZ in one day. On the way down we had 3 car seats crammed into her rental car and boy was it a trip! We got pulled over and there were some funny things that happened, thankfully the cop was pretty nice. Sam and I just hung out all weekend and caught up on much needed sleep. Grandma Terry gave Landon his 1st REAL bath, and he loved it! Some of Sam's close friends and us all had babies at the same time that we wanted to meet, so we had a bbq. All in all a great weekend!

Happy Birthday Ashley!!!

Ok, Im probably going to be busted for doing this, but since Im so good at tributes here's a picture tribute to Ashley on her 23rd birthday! Hope you had an awesome day! Thanks for all the hilarious years of friendship, you're the best!

Thanks Erica for tagging me. It makes me feel special, like I have friends! Plus now I get to talk about myself. So 7 random facts about me, huh? Here goes:

1. I love food. Actually it is the center my world revolves around. I'm sure I will eventually be obese, which will drive Sam to leave me, but I can't help it. I love every kind and have cravings even when I'm not pregnant. My favorite thing to do is to go out to eat and I get really depressed when nobody is hungry, because I feel like I'm always starving.

2. While still on the subject of food, If you've ever eaten with me you may have noticed I can never finish the last bite. Not just of my meal, I don't finish anything I eat/drink. Sam is very annoyed at finding cups around with one swallow left in the bottom. Others have found half eaten chips or cookies put back in the bag. I don't know why. It may be my subconscious thinking it will keep me from getting fat. I always envy the skinny girls who were full after 2 bites of their meal, and maybe I'm trying to be like them. TO MY DEFENSE, I don't even realize I do it, until someone comments on it. I'm not a pervert who likes to spread germs, I just have a mental problem.

3. LAST food comment I swear! But I feel the exact same way as Erica about milk sharing. It is a complete "no, no"! You CANNOT see through it, therefore, WHY would I risk drinking someone else's floaties?! Also, milk must only be drunk extremely chilled. The heat from a stranger's hand on the cup alone will raise the temperature just enough to contaminate it.

4. I am smart. I know many of you may disagree with this. HOWEVER, I know that I am. I will admit that I don't always act like it. It is so much easier to play the dumb card and not have to explain things, so I often take that route. I guess I am also a hypocrite, because I hate stupid people... Ok, hate is a strong word. I am annoyed easily at people who simply do not understand things. I get frustrated when common sense is not applied. I will have no friends after this post is read. (NOT implying my friends are stupid, only that I am a snot.)

5. I have road rage. Utah drivers are the WORST! Rude, people trying to get a few seconds ahead. Nobody lets anyone over, yet they do not hesitate to cut you off. Stop signs are there for a reason. STOP if you see one, it's easy. And they all drive stupid yuppie cars covered in liberal, pica, vegan, "protect wild Utah" stickers. This only adds to the rage. Don't think that its just cars here. BIKERS are even worse. They wouldn't bug me so bad, except for their double standard thinking. They act as cars when they want to ride right in front of your car at 15mph, then when they feel like being a pedestrian they go on ignoring all traffic laws, because as we all know, pedestrians do have the right of way.

6. I cry while watching TV. I am obsessed with Grey's Anatomy. I cry in every episode, and like it. I also think that I am part of the show. I know its all pretend, but they would all be my best friends I just know it!

7. I am shy. Well, I don't know if its shy as much as lazy. I just think it takes A LOT of energy to have a conversation with someone I don't know. I don't like being fake because I know I don't do it well. Why do I feel like I have to be fake? I don't know. I just get uncomfortable and this fake, exhausting person comes out. I realize this is something I need to work on if I ever hope to make friends.

Ok, now that I have revealed my horrible traits its your turn! Posey, Ashley, Buff, and Jessica you are TAGGED!

What the?!

Ok, don't get me wrong. I am borderline OBSESSED with this show, and I actually love the choreography and performance of this dance... BUT what the crap??! Weird, awkward kiss?? Am I stupid, or did that make anyone else queasy?

This is a "Thank You" post for Sam and my mom. I have been completely helpless the last couple weeks and they have been such a great support. Even through my post partum hormones! I sure am lucky and could not have done it on my own. Here is a tribute to them...

WARNING: extreme cheese ahead

I am so lucky to have such a sweet guy, even though you love to tease me a lot of the time. I can't believe how much you do, and still have the energy to put up with me. I'm so excited for our future and am glad we get to master each milestone together. I admire your strength, ambition, and hard work. And, I love how excited you are about life all the time! I hate to admit it, but you are pretty funny and I love how you always want to make me smile. You are the BEST and I LOVE YOU!

What can I say?? You truly are an angel. You do so much for everyone just by being around. I couldn't have asked for a better role model. You crack me up so hard, mostly when you're not even trying to be funny. I thank, love and miss you!
